Excellent service! Great florist to order from. I placed an order with Dias from Washington DC for my mother in Beckley. She loved her roses on Mother's Day and said the design was excellent and her roses kept blooming for a week past. Thank you Dias Floral!

Ordered a Deluxe custom arrangement for my wife on our anniversary. Specifically asked for Tiger Lilly flowers with whatever else they wanted to add. There were no Tiger Lillies in the arrangement. I wish someone would have called me to let me know there were none, even though this is the time of year for them, at least in this area. Yes, yes, I understand availability and substitution policies, but someone could have given me the option to cancel since there was not one tiger lilly in the entire arrangement. 3 stars because they were still pretty, just not fully satisfied.

They are extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never order flowers from here again. When I told them it was never delivered to the right address I was made out to be a liar. These people shouldn’t even be open if I’m being honest they hung up on on and this was the owner of the store. It’s ridiculous that a flower company can’t follow simple instructions about an address and won’t give you a refund when there wrong and they know it. It’s a scam!

For one thing the flowers wasn’t supposed to b delivered on the 6th of this month on a Saturday and there was a balloon the was supposed to b with the flowers too. So why did u deliver them four days early? Thanks

I ordered the pretty pastel basket for my mother in law and the only thing she received was plants, no flowers were in the basket. They also didn’t arrive on the day i requested they be delivered. I also tried to call to get order confirmation and was not able to get through so i emailed and also received no response. I’m sure a lot of these small issues were due to covid and stuff but please put a disclaimer on your website that orders may not reflect what people receive or put your baskets at a discounted price because a basket full of plants is not worth $123

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday to be delivered to her work. They delivered them with mothers day balloons. Even though the card says happy birthday. Guess they need to pay attention. Then when caled in to ask about it the guy who answered acted like it wasn't a big deal.

I was not satisfied with my order. I should have called & spoke with someone instead of ordering online. I had a gentleman call me after I placed my order & told me he didn’t have the exact arrangement but could put something similar together. The flowers were for my mother in law, I do appreciate the promptness of my order. The picture online was light & springy. I don’t see how the two arrangements are similar though even the vase isn’t the same one. If I were to ever order again, I would call instead of the ease of the internet.
